Heleshika is a graduate of the University of Colombo, where she earned her degree in International Relations. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Development Studies at the same university. Heleshika brings a wealth of experience to her work, particularly in advocating for women’s labour rights, Women’s Health and Reproductive Rights (WRHR), and gender equality. Her expertise extends to being a master trainer in human rights and citizenship, as well as a skilled facilitator in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). Heleshika’s dedication to these crucial areas underscores her commitment to advancing human rights and empowering communities.
