Manjula holds a BA (Hons) degree in Sociology from the University of Colombo, along with Diplomas in Human Resource Management, Urbanization Climate Change Displacement and Relocation, and IT, and a Certificate in Human Rights and Business English. With extensive experience in various NGOs, Manjula is currently serving as the Project Coordinator at the FISD. Passionate about research and community-driven initiatives, Manjula is particularly focused on empowering rural and plantation communities. Her research expertise encompasses gender studies, disaster management, and the socio-economic dynamics of plantation communities, underscoring a commitment to fostering positive changes and social development.
