Sriyani possesses over a decade of experience in community leadership, specializing in Women’s Community Leadership Development and Women’s Political and Leadership Development. She is deeply committed to promoting change and has proven her dedication through her work as a Social Mobilizer. As an advocate against gender-based violence, Sriyani has held key positions in women’s organizations, significantly contributing to the Gender and Development programme of FISD in the Monaragala district.
