Dilshan joined FISD a year ago, beginning his volunteer journey while pursuing his undergraduate studies. He graduated with a degree in Environment Management and Sociology from the Rajarata University of Sri Lanka. Currently, Dishan works as a Programme Assistant in Gender and Development at FISD. Driven by strong motivation and passion, he aspires to leverage his skills and experience for a constructive influence on society. As a fervent and proactive individual, he sees this as an optimal opportunity to fortify his capabilities and contribute to the empowerment of his surroundings. Possessing a profound enthusiasm for community development, Dilshan is dedicated to continuous learning, recognizing the significance of ongoing knowledge and skill enhancement to effect positive change within his community.
