Multi Skilled professional with over three decades of varied local and global experience in Education, Supply Chain Management, Training of Trainers, Capacity Building, Career Guidance, Business Management, Business Entrepreneurial for SME’s, Human Resources Management, Leadership Management and Customer Relationships Management in Botswana, Kenya, Malaysia, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka.
Dr. Jayasundara is a recipient of the “Appreciation Award”, given in recognition of her exceptional contribution to society at the Genre of Excellence, Professional and Career Women Awards 2013/2014, organized by Women in Management (WIM).
She works as a part time Training Consultant, Material Developer, Facilitator and International Accredited Trainer, for the International Trade Centre (ITC), a joint agency of UNO, Business Edge Trainer for International Financial Corporation (IFC) – World Bank Group and International Lead Trainer for KAB & SYB for Youth Entrepreneurship, International Labour Organization (ILO).
Dr Jayasundara works as a visiting lecturer for Ocean University of Sri Lanka, Institute of Supply & Materials Management, (ISMM), Colombo Institute of Logistics Management (CILM) and engaged in as an Educational, Management, Training Consultant and Facilitator for various organizations in Sri Lanka and Oversees.
Dr. Jayasundara holds a Doctorate in Management, MBA in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She is a Fellow of the ISMM and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transportation, UK. She is a Life Member of Organization of Professional Association (OPA), SL, and Life Member of the Institute of Quality and Productivity Management (IQPM), SL.
