Project Assistant (Child Rights Protection and Promotion)

Nishalya is a graduate of Tokyo International University, Japan, where she obtained her degree in International Relations. Her interest areas include gender, economic inequality, education, and development. Her special focus on the project against Child Trafficking creates a good match, allowing her to implement her knowledge of justice, equality, and social norms. She is most passionate about education and believes that equal access is a vital ingredient of development. She hopes to continue her studies in sociology, specializing in inequality and education.
